BMR Strut Brace installed.

Had the new BMR strut brace chromed and installed. Please note if you want to buy one of these, this is NOT a one man job to install. Kyle @ BMR was great to work with and I was able to order the strut brace unfinished so it was easier and cheaper to chrome. The front end seems so much more solid especially when turning. If anyone wants to install one of these please feel free to ask me for some tips that may help you.

Looks good Russ. Maybe when I get mine you can come over and we'll use my new toy to get it installed.

I'd be happy to help you, as I said it's NOT a one man job. You have to drop the whole strut assembly and it takes 2 people to get the strut back up through the hole. It also takes 2 to install the bracket because you have to bend it some to get the holes to line up properly.

Your lift would be ideal for installing one. Just let me know when you want to do it.

The unpainted bracket was $233 plus shipping cost, to have it chromed was $325 so total was $558. It was a little pricey @ $558 but I think it looks good and U can tell the difference when driving the car.

Kyle @ BMR was great to work with. If any of you want to order one unpainted here is Kyle's email address. Feel free to tell him that Russ referred you: kyle@bmrsuspension.com

Your hood painting/ who did that for you, I'm talking about the inside mat or what ever it's made of. Was thinking of getting a painting but found out they are not cheap but then when we own a Camaro, it's fun changing it's appearance as we can afford it. Thanks Michael in South Boston, Va.
