Car Covers for Outside Storage

Wish I could put my SS in my garage (currently have my 91 in the garage). Thinking about buying a "Superweave" car cover from calcarcover.com. Do any other owners store their Camaro's outside with a high quality car cover over their car? How does the car cover hold up? Any info would be much appreciated it!

Here is my 91 in the Garage....it were only a 2 car garage...I'd be set!

I used to have a car cover but the exhaust burned through the rear part since i put it on right when i parked it lol It was a cheaper brand though so not sure if thats an issue with the higher end ones.

You could always build another garage.

Look at this writeup that I did on car covers. There are a lot of variables to buying a car cover and just buying a "outdoor cover" may not be the best investment for your car. You need to buy the CORRECT (not the best outdoor cover made), car cover for the situation that the car is going to be stored. What may be best for one individual living in Florida may NOT be the best for an individual living in North Dakota.

Good write up. The car is being stored outside (24/7) never stored in the garage. There are just so many brands out that say that their's are the best. I went with a custom made California Car Cover for my 91 Z28. Love it. Very soft and very well made. Again, my 91 is always in the garage 24/7. I'm thinking more on the moisture side.....rain/snow. It's going to be hard to find a car cover that is going to take the harsh conditions of rain, snow, & wind.....
