I would say specs will make the biggest differance.

Specs: 219/235 .607/.621 113LSA
Nice specs, that cam will make nice power.
It'll have a lopey idle for sure, but the 113LSA is good for driveability. :)
I know the L99s like a longer exhaust duration like that with the VVT, do the LS3s tend to like that too?

What cam upgrade options are there for the L99?

Note;
Car is heavy and with a 29" tall tire and 3.45 gears you shouldn't get to crazy or the car will be a bigger pig then what it is down low.
We have had great luck with above noted facts with A 230/236 on a 114. lift was just at .600 so its easy on the valvetrain. That cam with LT's and a manual trans makes a clean 455-460 with zero drivability.
When 4.10 gears start coming out the options can change.
Just a thought.

dude i just got my cam in from Mastmotor sports stage 2, 224/238 with springs and ARH installed and tuned with the fastlane CAI. I have insane power now in the 4000 and especially 5000. between 1000-3000 the power is low bc i have the L99 engine. my next mod is def a torque converter for the power in the low end. the tune sheet says 411.7hp and 461.5 for the torque. Now im bangin my head wishing i would have just stuck with the LS3 but what ever now.
mast motor sports is a great brand but thier are others out thier for cheaper, i paid like 900, if you go to vengence they have a lot of options to choose from for much better pricing, along with some packages.:thumbsup:

yes...chances are your drive-train warranty will be toast.
BUT, for other issues, you're still covered...like if your heat stops working or your window starts leaking...you're still covered.

If you have an auto try a stall first and gears. I noticed more of a difference with my stall than I did with my cam. It will eliminate any "out of the hole" sluggishness garunteed.
With cams remember that valve springs, pushrods and tunes are a must as well with most cams.
