ram air through mail slot?

Something I've wondered about for awhile. Gm has that mail slot designed into the front of the car. Why didn't they at least offer it as a ram air intake option? It looks ok to me being there design wise . Is it possible for someone like LMR to make a ram air kit to make this functional? I myself feel this should have been functional on all V8's. :confused:

Already been talked about. It appears there isn't much room behind there to do anything effective.

I agree, it looks like the design does not allow for much to be done sadly.
