The Obama administration plans to cut off dealer funding for the cash-for-clunkers program on Monday at 8 p.m. Eastern, after finding that the $3 billion fund is nearing depletion, Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said.

I have been reading locally of dealers not seeing one penny yet, the whole program has been a mess. A LI dealer is owed 200k how many times 4500 go into 3 billion ? the money sounds way off to me, but I suppose a lot was wasted trying to implement this thats the government
