Road course are so much fun. While I was at Mid-Ohio I found out I need alot better brakes on my GTO. If I read that right there could be 25+ cars in a group. I wonder how much fender rubbing goes on?

40 cars per group at our events at Road America.

No fender-rubbing though... non-competitive event.

Safety is our main concern :)

I read the tech and rules section. It's pretty straight forward. They outlined the no passing in corners and rules for trashing someone's car. It was the inadvertent contact I was referring to. I was thinking it still happens occasionally even at the best run events.

Yeah it still does, although car-to-car contact is extremely rare at our events.
We've been holding our events since 1999, and that's happened I think twice.

We don't allow wheel-to-wheel racing at all, and anyone that's too agressive to the point of being dangerous is yanked.
That cuts down on multi-car incidents. :)

But yeah, there are a few one-car incidents at every event.
It comes with the territory.

I highly recommend it. I went there in 04. What a rush. This is a shot heading up the front straight.
