Alright guys, I have been trying to get a meet going here in Central IL for a VERY VERY long time now. I finally got it done! It will be:
May 1st, 11am @ Ted's Garage in Clinton, IL
We have some special things going on and possibly some special guests. Rick Bottom has shown interest and we are working on getting NICKEY to come down as well.
There will be door prizes sponsored by State Bank of Lincoln and Baum Chevrolet. There will also be awards for:
-Longest Distance Traveled
-Engine
-Exterior
The 102 years young man, Virgil Coffman, who's first Camaro is a 2010 Transformers Edition SS WILL BE THERE!
Also, for those interested, in Decatur IL @ the Decatur Airport, there is a car show from 5-9pm by the FUN TIME CRUISERS. The contact person is listed as Jerry Blackwell ph#217-412-8671, 50s-60s music, $5 reg fee. I am told that at last years show there was a real good show with a lot of cars. As more info comes in about this I will add it. Looking to see if there is a site with more info.
