So what are your thoughts on biofuels, particualy cellulose fuels? Things with these fuels are changing very fast with new research. Plants are being built to produce this fuel now.

I am not here to argue with you gear heads, My last post people.
Later and enjoy your rising gas cost and don't support Gm and let your new Camaro rust to the ground when you let Gm go under.. Enough said.

I have said nothing about anyones camaro getting bad mileage. Even if the new car gets 20 something on the highway it wont save GM or you from high prices.

Bottom line, put on your tin-foil hat and sit in a corner. It's obvious you suffer from paranoid dilusions which make you believe you have the whole world figured out. I'm not going to get into an economics discussion with you, but there are reasons that oil is extremely high right now, and it doesn't really have ANYTHING to do with supply and demand, and has everything to do with the value of the American dollar. Oil will go down. History shows this time and again.

So I guess you have no thoughts on that, huh?
The problem is people like you going around spreading misinformation about things.
BTW I have seen a lot of people on this forum who have said they would like to purchase a Volt. You act like we are just a bunch of Volt haters that don't want to see things like the Volt. If you actually read the forums here you would see things different. It is obvious you don't do much research on things. It is obvious you are super parinoid and believe every "sky is falling" story you hear and then go and spread it as the truth that can not be debated.

Please move the Camaro over to the EREV Platform. Its a beautiful car but no one will want one with 10 buck a gallon gas looming in the horizon. Dont go broke with a ICE version of this car, it deserves
better. Only the rich people will drive it and the poor people might buy it just to look at it because they cant afford to drive it.

To OP:
Are you done yet?
Really.
Change is one thing. Reality is another.
Just because you come on here and rant about this; doesnt change a thing.
I like to have a powerful car that uses no harmful fuel or expensive fuels, but in the balance of things its not realistic for the middle class, at least at this time. If you say GM is going to die in 2011, then even if the Volt came along it wouldnt save them in time. This is the same proganda used in the 70s.
Like mentioned count less times before, E85 and other alternative fuels, along with systems like Volt are good step into progress. Change doesnt happen over night. Progressive steps are the most reasonable method to make change. Bashing the steps to get to the goal is pointless. Is E85 the best method? No. But its good starting place.

I dont like arguing with all you guys I just wanted people to support GM.
Call me what you want I dont care, and the oil expert who says oil will come baqck down like it did in history, well in the 70.s gas doubled and didnt go back down, went from 42 cents to a buck and it stayed. Yet even back then the Chinese rode tricycles. Now they have cars and buying the fuel that use to come here, its called supply and demand, also big oil keeps production equal with our current drop in usage to keeps profits high, called monopoly.
The price will not go down it can only go up. If you dig deep enough to expose cover ups in big oil in OPEC region you will find a 2 to 3 year supply left that can be gotten easily, anything more and new tech is needed to get it out the bottom of the pit. And they haven't invested in any new tech in 30 years. And yes my wife drives a Toyota. I have a 1998 S10 for work.
