They make all sorts of stuff. But when someone says Cherry Bomb muffler, the red torpedo is what always comes to mind. Stereotype is hard to get rid of.

do not do cherry bombs! their exhaust kits are made of aluminized steel and then painted black... they will rust within a few months of normal driving!

if the car comes with stainless steel exhaust from the factory, then stick with an aftermarket stainless steel exhaust kit!

Back in the 60s about all we had were the Cherry Bombs. But before we would put 'em on any of our cars we would pour gas in 'em and burn 'em out good and they actually sounded very good on the old carbed V-8s with a 1/2 or 3/4 racing cam. But todays cars, they are better options out there.
