Has anyone changed the factory plugs in the Camaro SS to the e3 plugs? Horsepower TV did a test of these plugs and said that they actually did what the package said they would. They increased the horsepower and fuel economy
the stock plugs are AC Delco iridium... the best & highest quality you can buy! i put a set of e3's in my dad's silverado which basically has the same engine as us, just set up for a truck... and it under performed afterward. went back to the AC Delco iridiums and it was back to normal

yea i've heard NGKs were top notch. never used them since this is my first LS engine... my 94 formula had a LT1 but didn't have it long enough to do much
but for our car, i would not put e3s in it... stick with AC Delco or try NGK

I wonder if Bosch Platinums do as well. That's the OEM for a lot of German cars

Stick with AC Delco or NGK. BTDT with the Bosch plugs. As for the HP TV spot, I don't think they themselves did any test. Most likely just saying what there told to. After all, the E3 marketing people are paying for the spot on there show.
