Cold air intake an X pipe and mufflers (but I think the power increase comes from the x pipe )a tune , then if you have the loot american racing headers also underdrive pullys ,I noticed a bump with the CAI alone the tune really woke it up big time is you car an A6 or M6?

Cold air inductions CAI

if your on a budget:

Texas Speed header back exhaust - $1650 vs. ARH or Kooks header back exhaust - $2500

SLP intake pipe and drop in air filter - $180 vs. ADM street intake - $500

custom tunes are different, if you can find a local tune for less than $425, do that, otherwise a diablosport predator programmer - $325 and custom tune $100.

simple bolt ons like these for less than $2500 are all you need when on a budget.

also, a short throw shifter: MGW shifter - $300 and gives you much quicker shifts ;)

no idea, it looks like they don't sell them separately, they will probably have problems fitting up to the stock or different catback exhaust.

is your cat-back 3" or 2.5"? i would recommend either ARH short kit which is just the headers and cats to fit stock/catback exhaust or Kooks headers and cats for you. both are roughly the same price.

2k for headers, a tune and airaid intake? not that great of a deal. i paid 275 for my airaid intake and a tune should cost you around 200-300 for a N/A car at a good tune shop. not to mention they get you more power than the handheld programmer. as far as headers, i have seen them from 700-1200. so 2k is not a good deal really.

A lighter driver? Seriously, shedding weight is the cheapest way. Lighter is faster. Remove everything you are willing to, without compromising performance or handling. All the airbags would shave some weight (you'll throw airbag codes, not a big deal, until you get simulators plugged in), the soundproofing under the carpet, the rear seat, trunk carpet and liner, engine cover, the stuff in the spare tire well, most of your gas, I'm sure there's more....
