Trying to keep my 69'...Help
This is my first post, so sorry if its in the wrong spot.
I got a 1969 camaro as my first car, and have been putting just enough into it to keep it running. Im getting close to graduating college, and need a more reliable car. First option was sell it and get a loan for a 5th gen camaro so i could keep the looks and still get a great car. Unfortunately, they are still a little to expensive (im not settling for a LT).
My question is with a limit of 10K, what would be the best use of that to get my camaro as a reliable daily driver. Car does need a new engine most importantly.
Edit: Trust me I agree with everyone I would much rather keep it. New question then, if you guys had my car (needs motor, brakes & suspension at a minimum) would you keep it and buy the parts or buy another First Gen already restored.
