I am getting a 1969 RS/SS

I am getting a 1969 RS/SS Camaro,Tuxedo Black and I know the seller very well.Has the 375HP 396 with the Muncie 4 speed. My father's long time friend Steven got it in yesterday already restored,I came over to look at it this morning and test drove it.I fell in love with it right away when I test drove.Came back and discussed price,he wanted $48,500.00 for it.I put an offer for $45,000.00 and he took it,knew me very well.Steven purchased it for $35,000.00 from a private owner. His mechanic even did a mechanical inspection, everything looked good.Only complaint I had was a clutch issue, pedal did not go down all the way and that was a simple fix.It was a simple adjustment, was not adjusted right.Gets detailed tommorrow and I pick it up on Friday.

Has the Z28 stripes too.I even showed it to a friend of mine that thinks he knows about 1967 to 1969 RS/SS Camaros.Saw it had the Holley carb, said wrong carburator for it.He was wrong,I did my research and the 375 HP 396 came with a Holley carburator from the factory.I know Steven very well, tells the truth and the paperwork including the photobook during the restoration.I always liked the hidden headlights on the RS/SS camaros.

The RS/SS with he hidden headlights is one of my favorites, if I didn't have my 73 RS/Z28 I'd be looking for one

Bought and picked it yesterday,I brought a briefcase full of cash with me.I trailered it home,no plate and insurance on it yet.I even looked outback what he got in too,3 more Camaros(a 1967 and one 1968).The 1968 is a numbers matching Z28 and said this one is pretty much sold for $125,000.00.
