Thumbs up Tracking your Camaro on trucks (car-haulers)

At some point, all Camaros will have to travel by truck.
The dealers that are within ~250 miles from the plant will have their cars shipped by truck only.
Those that are further than ~250 miles will have to first travel by railcar to a distribution center (railyard) and then on a truck to the dealer.

Here is some information on the over-the-road car haulers:

Allied Automotive:
http://www.aag1.com/#
They have on-line tracking but you have to register.
They do have a phone number: 1-866-527-4285

Cassens:
http://www.cassens.com/transport/
They have on-line tracking. Need VIN & dealer number

Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport:

Jack Key Auto Transport:

Jack Cooper Transport:

Centurion Auto Logistics:

Translogic:

Miller Transport:
1-530-223-0504

Leaseway:
1-216-765-5500

Still seeking information for the following auto haulers:
Fleet Car, MPG Transport, PTS, Diversified Automotive, Active, Hertz, Transtech, ALZS, ATVI, USRI, ATC, Swift

Some of these companies have online tracking, but most do not. For online tracking, you might have to register. If you can't register or they don't offer online tracking, you can call them direct. All you'll need is your VIN and possibly the dealer number.

You'll need to know your distribution center first, however. The Dealer Business Center can give that info to your dealer when they call them. Each distribution center has different haulers contracted to them.

Special thanks again to HuJass for compiling this information!

Tracking...

Hi, I don't know my dealer number but I have a VIN on my Camaro. Would I have to contact the trucking companies one at a time until I find one that has my VIN on it? If my car isn't on a truck yet, is there a way to confirm status and changes that happen with it by using the VIN number? I am new at this so sorry for all the questions.
Thanks!!!

bump...

My car is scheduled to be picked up at the rail yard in Jessup, MD any day now. Any way to find out what company might be hauling it?

Does anyone know which trucking company is likely to ship to Orange County, California?

Still legal in 16 states. It's happy. It's fun. It's Happy Fun Car.

Dont use Allied.

They moved my family into our current house and they scratched up the walls and destroyed furniture.

I would think that you could call GM and they could track your car. With all the technology we should be able to track anything. My dealer keeps saying it ready for shipment, but, it could take two-three weeks. I'll go drive it home.
