Classic Chevrolet

Just wanted to let everyone in the Houston and surrounding areas know about Classic Chevrolet in Sugarland. Everyone probably remembers it as Bill Heard.

I went there today to see a friend and check the status of my order. I was extremely impressed with the dealership and the cosmetic changes they have made to it. It is very clean, well laid out, and has lots of room to show vehicles. They will have 2 Camaros tommorrow after the event in Houston for their showroom.

This is one of the few Chevrolet dealerships I have been to in recent times that I was not bombarded by sales people. The sales staff is very relaxed, no suit and ties, shorts and nice shirt. Very friendly people.

I was told they "Will not sell any vehicle over MSRP". I am sorry I did not ask if they had any allocation left. I know they have 28 on order and was told they were all sold units. Found out mine went to 3400 4-30-09

If you are looking for a dealership to do business with in the Houston Area I recommend you go to Classic Chevrolet before you make a deal with someone else. They are having a grand opening event June 11th and 12th I think. If my car is here by then it may very well be in the showroom (behind ropes) for them to display for the event. Have to check with the wife on that first.

edit: i used to always order my cars thru Sewell Dallas because they treated me right. however, since they recently got rid of their Chevy dealership in New Orleans, they couldn't get me a Camaro ...but it worked out for the best cuz i discovered Classic... i'm very happy i did, too.
