Is there a moratorium on issuing TPWs?

My dealer told me that no one is getting TPWs when I asked if I would get one. My order was placed in November and has been at 3000 since the week of 4/17. I would expect that in order to get to 3300 the TPW would have to be updated to show something.

Still legal in 16 states. It's happy. It's fun. It's Happy Fun Car.

I didn't get a TPW at all when mine went to 3300, or 3400. Next thing I heard was that I was at 3800 and I had a VIN. Apparently some people are still getting their TPW's though.

I called the Dealer Bus Ctr. this morn to check on 6 of my orders that are in 3000 + status. The response I got was that there will be no TPW updates this week. She was not certain if it was for good or only this week...

Target Production Week

It's a timeframe (estimate) of when your car is supposed to be built.

i would estimate you to get off 3000 in the next week or so. most folks seem to be stuck for a month at 3000.
