Flat Tire YET?

Just wondering if anyone has had a flat tire with their Camaro yet and how did you handle the experience. Our options are rather limited and can be a real problem for some such as a daily driver or on a long road trip. The one time use of the "sealer foam" is ok if time is a concern, but rather pricey to replace. The air pump would work ok and might give you time to throw it back in the trunk and do what? Hope to make it to your closest tire retailer?

I have an extra set of wheels mounted ( one of each) and ready to go but would have to have one brought to me along with a jack. I have not had a flat yet but it is not "IF" but when, things just happen.

So How did you handle this if you did?

Not an option for SS owners.

I haven't had the pleasure so I don't know how I'd handle it. Not my daily so that helps. Would probably call a flat bed. I do carry a tire plug kit to fix punctures roadside. The tire goo is last resort measure in my mind. That stuff ruins TPMS sensors and makes a hell of a mess of the rim.

Help I have a flat tire and can't get up

Howdy yall
Some folks will have a spare. Some may have Run Flats.
Some folks will have Roadside Assistance and some will be S-C-R-E-W-E-D.
I fall under the . My best defense is good tire maintenance.

Years ago my Caddy had a spare that collapsed into a little more than the size of the rim. Now I know we have a 20" rim, but couldn't an 18" that will fit and clear the brakes have been made? Maybe I'm missing something but the car costs 40k with no spare!!

sick feeling

Its a sick feeling seeing that low air light come on , lucky i was 1/2 mile from a station , i pulled this 4 prong bracket out of tire two prongs had sunk in like fangs. started to dig slime pump out , then went in and bought a can of fix a flat instead made it 40 miles back home to plug. Plug and chemicals are still in tire air sensor is ok so far but replacing when it comes out of storage, having the plug just doesnt give me a good feeling when we plan a few trips to the racetrack not to mention theres no thread
