Resonators...to delete...or not to delete???

I've finally picked out my mufflers for my SS. Going with the 40S flow masters on Sat. Im unsure if i should delete my resonators and replace with an X pipe or just leave them in. Im thinking i should leave them in for time being to see if i like the sound or just have the shop do it while im there anyway. Thoughts?
