javi05, that sucks and I feel for you.... It always amazes me that we have "Customer Support" right here on MC, and they chime in from time to time..... But in all honesty and reality, what can and more importantly, what do they do?!?
On almost every issue, they will chime in and say something along the lines of; do you want us to schedule an appointment with the dealership, or would you like us to contact the dealership..... ect. But in all reality, what have they supported, resolved, or fixed.
I'm dying to hear them chime into this thread and take this to the GM Executives to resolve this situation. This is unacceptable in my opinion!
