GM hit a Home Run with the 2014 Camaro

We are really enjoying our '14 Camaro SS. Got 850 miles on her and it just keeps getting better. Driving along we get "thumbs up" from people. Just about everywhere we park it, someone will comment "how good our '14 looks" or "your '14 looks better than the previous models". Several Ford people have told me "Chevrolet finally got the Camaro right". I haven't had one negative word from anyone.
The only Haters of the '14 i have seen are from some members on this Camaro forum.

The Only Reason we bought this '14 SS was because of the new changes. When the Camaro was reborn in 2010 we were excited until we saw the first model. After several years i told the wife "If GM would change the tail lights similar to the '69 and change the front end to something more aggressive they would have a winner".

Thanks GM.

I love the '14's... EXCEPT for the little chrome strip on the front of the RS models and the absence of the mail slot (I want my Knight Rider light!)

Other than that... Great job GM!

Both the 10-13's and the 14's look great. I am not sure why everyone is against each other on this. There are things way better on the earlier models, and there are things way better on the new models. To say they finally got it right is just plain ignorant. They both are great in their own ways.

'69 tail lights, no thanks, but I love the new front end, but that's exactly why they refreshed it, to get more sales.

SHHHHHHHHdont mention c5

and, of course, that is what matters

I'll make a prediction right now ... we will go through the same thing when the 6th gen comes out

Maybe some don't like the retro tail lights, others love them as shown by the sales. Isn't that why some things change or refresh, to increase demand and sales?

All 5th gen Camaros are winners. Many, like us, were looking for more of a '69 rear tail light look.

What c5..
It doesn't have to be that way if others would accept that not everyone likes the same things. I think if everyone in this country drove the same kind/color of car it would be a very boring world.
