I mentioned this in MC Lounge...now I'm so interested in more responses. Have to register the Camaro in Sept. Gonna cost me close to $700 in fees here in Nevada. What is the registration fee for your Camaro where you live?????

OMG...that's as bad as CA...which is riduculous!

Here in Texas it cost $64.25 per year to register most passenger vehicles...that fee also applies to both my vans and my husband's truck. We are also required to have a yearly inspection done that runs $39.75 so that brings the total cost to $104 per year per vehicle. The '82 Corvette is not required to pass an emissions test so the inspection fee for it is only $12.50

I think I paid 3 year for a little over $100, maybe a little more, so say 35-50 a year; 16.50 a year inspection; but personal property is a killer ... I think I paid 500 on the Camaro (kind of a WAG, but I think it is close, it is based on cars value)

2012 2SS / RS CRT; Additional Options: Highwing Spoiler, Sunroof, Window Tint, Splash Guards, Wheels, Nitro, Heritage Grill, MRT Louvers, Ported Throttle Body, Cold Air Inductions CAI, RX Sport Hood, someone's splitter, River City Strut Bar
Born On: 13 April 2012; Purchased: 27 August 2012

Is that a one time fee or a yearly one?

Well there are some perks to living in Nevada....my property taxes are about 1/10 of what I'd be paying back in NY
