That sounds like a good question ... what kind do the aftermarket dealers offer? I meant if you plug in the applications for a V6, do you get results that are also applicable to a V8 or are the same as the V8? I would think that might give you an idea.

Good to know ... handling is one thing I am thinking about ... I was thinking about the 1LE package at one point but then started thinking aftermarket, still haven't made up my mind or even seriously looked into things

Suggest the 1LE pkg as it has had a ton of money spent on development versus an A/M group just upsizing bars. Take a look at the just released Z/28 pieces now available from GM too.

I think it was Super Chevy that just ran an article upgrading a ZL1 with BMR suspension parts. They had a lot of good things to say. (as most articles do of course).

The 1LE package seemed reasonable, but didn't seem to cover several things. I'm trying to learn about the various things but its kind of slow going when I don't know to many specifics.

How much of the Z/28 suspension are they going to sell I wonder and what's it going to cost?

I must say I am a lot worried about the labor costs of getting the good stuff on because I don't think I can do most of it

Suspension Upgrades

We have been super happy with the Hotchkiss TVS Stage 2 sway bars, drop springs, center brace. The car is 1" lower but rides better. Took it out on a Road Atlanta track day and it handled much flatter.

I have debated the thought of going lower, think it looks a lot better, but with the times I've already had to go real, real slow over a few dips, I'm not sure how my splitter would take it
