Aftermarket Electronic Controlled Dampers

I have a 5th Gen Camaro SS and was thinking about putting aftermarket controlled dampers on it, like the new 16M MagneRide.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

More complex and costly than even the highest end coilovers. Look into KW v3 or RideTech or Moton etc.... Some have even removed the MRC on their ZL1's and CTSV's to use the coilover systems I mentioned...

At least we 5th gen'ers have the Z28 spool valve dampers as an option.... I will be going to them if/when my Pfadt Gen2 featherlights fail me....

Sure np. There are more out there, those were just a few of the "higher end" units I could think of off the top of my head....

Eibach has their R1 & R2 systems out as well that may be more budget friendly....

EDIT: I see you edited the Gen of your Camaro! I would seriously look into the spool valve units that come on the Z28 then!

Adjustable vs. Electronic Adjustable

Thanks again for the suggestions.

Many of which are adjustable (manually) vs. an electronic controlled product with an ECU. KW has a product, but it is like $4-5K.

I wonder if there is really any benefit or value going to an electronic controlled damper for that kind of money.
