Ambient lighting strip on door panel issues

Can someone please tell me whats going on with my passenger side door panel? I noticed this happening a few days ago. Is this an easy fix or a dealer issue? I currently have an extended warranty on it that covers electrical so that gives me some peace of mind.

You should definitely take it in because you still have the warranty. Forget messing with electrical problems on a car if you don't have too. Do it yourself after your warranty is gone because you're paying for that warranty for a reason....

Chevy's nothing else matters!

I believe its just a LED shining down the plastic that is not painted along the edge its not rocket science I would go to gen5diy and look to see if there are some instructions for replacing those lights and removing the panel. I cannot see in the pics that well it just looks like you have more light in a couple places like maybe........ is your doors panel coming loose?

Door panels are not loose. However I have noticed now that it comes and goes. Especially in the morning hours when there is a lot of condensation on the windows. I wonder if its the water dripping inside the door panels getting trapped inside the light strips.. and then in turn it evaporates and the problem is no longer there. Never did this before until this month.
