Rear turn signal lamp (bulb) replacement - Easy?

My left rear turn lamp warning light came on in the car. The bulb went out for the turn signal and it needs to be replaced. Is this an easy fix?

Very easy, remove three push snaps to remove plastic top cover and reach down inside and turn bulb base to the right and pull out. Reverse to install, just be sure the bulb is not 180 degrees out of place in the socket. (test before putting all back together)

Should take al of 5 minutes.

RS_2LTSummitwhite11,

My general rule of thumb is when one goes out means replace them all. This is because it could mean they're all getting ready to go out. That way do it all at once and relax and have a beer.

I cried....was very frustrated trying to change my burned out bulb. Then my son came home....did it in about 2 minutes and told mom what she had been doing wrong.

not specifically this issue, but on many car things now a days, they have made what used to be simple into a total production unless you know the 'tricks of the trade' .... so don't feels so bad Ms Vegas

It had something to do with turning the back of the housing so it locked in place...I was doing this wrong somehow....I don't remember. BUT...no lie...a couple of hours of me being frustrated...scraped up knuckles...Michael literally installed it for me in under 2 minutes. SHOW OFF kid
