Thumbs up Bought a new 2015 RS

Well, in 2010 we bought a SS. We had it a year and parted with it, but we just brought home a new 2015 RS. I liked the new 2016, but the wife liked the 2015 and the deal,a whole much better!!!!!! Funny, I never closed my account and when we arrived home a friendly reminder that the forum have not heard from us in awhile. I guess it's time to get back involved. Glad to have a Camaro in the garage again!

Sticker shock when you see the 2016's isn't it? The V6 is only about two grand less than my 2011 1SS was.

Not only that, but the V6 model is now an upgrade powertrain option over the base LTG 4cyl turbo. So, now you're paying more for what you used to get as standard equipment with the 5th gen.

2015 Camaro 1LS M6, Summit White, Husky front rock guards, GM ZL1 rear rock guards, ZL1 style blade rear spoiler, OEM fog lights, rear floor mats, 91-octane.

It was not so much the difference of SS to RS but the deep discounts on the 2015. Plus my wife is indifferent to the SS vs RS. She will drive it most of the time. She wanted mor options than power. The heads up is cool, it shows lateral g's. The sunroof and upgraded radio is much nicer than
Radio is nicer than the 2010 SS. I just like hoe you have to kind of wear the car while you drive. I just don't get the same feel driving my dually. Lol
