Angry 2015 SS: Door Panel Armrest Water Leak?!

Since purchasing the car last November, I would often notice some water on the door panel below the armrest. Since it's winter, I figured it was simply rain water from when I opened the door, especially since it's a convertible.

I drove home in the rain yesterday & wiped off the water after parking it (my carport is closed on three sides). This morning there was water there again & it occurred to me it shouldn't be there. I wiped it off & noticed there was still water seeped where the bottom of the leather armrest meets the plastic door panel (the area circled in red).

Is someone familiar with this issue & the possible cause? It's frustrating because I believe it could cause an electrical issue & it's a relatively new car.

Bring it into the dealership - will be covered under warranty and they should locate the issue for you.
