A few option questions

Hi,

Not sure what some of these are...

Molded Splash Guards - What are they exactly reffering to?

6-speed automatic, electronically controlled with TAPshift - If you get the
2SS, is the TAPshift required or an option? And how does this exactly work? Never seen one befor.

Performance Air Intake - What does this refer?

Sorry, not a car person like some of you guys, but you point out in general what and where on the cars are, I can figure out the rest.

And am I reading this right, the Cyber Gray Metallic Stripe Package is not an option for 1SS? Only 2SS?

Thanks in advance,
Sean

Molded Splash Guard will be a mud flap behind the rear wheels. Probably fiberglass or plastic and will likely be body color.

Tap shift comes on all 2SS automatics. The auto will work like any other auto you may have driven but it has one more mode. That mode is for manual control of the gear shifting. The "Tap Shift" is controlled by tapping controls on the steering wheel. (I drove a 2008 Vette with this option and ordered it on my Camaro)

Performance Air intake is a dealer installed option. It is likely a removal of the stock air box and air filter and a replacement with a higher flow capacity filter. Often these intakes add top end horespower and change the sound of the car a bit.

There are a bunch of limitations on the striping based on model and base color of car. The striping option you desire may not be available as a factory option, but you may find a similar stripe as a dealer installed option.
