Engine Cover

is anyone else getting the painted engine cover?? im getting ABM and i tried to order the matching engine cover and it would not go through....anyone know what the deal with this is?? its not really a big deal..i assume i can order that after i get the car if its available then

Right now, there are only 5 colors available for the painted engine cover and ABM isn't one of them.
Maybe it will be at some point, don't really know.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to paint your cover yourself?

Probably, and with the option of some customizing with other graphics to personalize it even more.

I'm going with some custom fuel rail covers like these. I wanna see the intake manifold on my engine.

Yeah, it's not a Mercedes, no need for fancy painted/carbon engine covers that inevitably fail over time due to heat and chemical spray.

That's something I'm thinking about doing. Going custom and not having to worry about seeing another person have something similar
