Detroit- GM's performance brand, Pontiac, announces the all-new 2010 G2. The G2 further shows pontiac's commitment to sporty,
fuel-efficient cars. The G2 will launch this Fall as the most
fuel-efficient car in the city
car segment with at least 50
mpg. It continues Pontiac's styling theme which started with the 32 mpg Vibe and 34 mpg G3.
"Today, we launch the most
fuel-efficient car in our company's history," said Bob Lutz, GM's Product Manager. "We think our customers and dealers will love this new sporty offering."
Standard features on the all-new G2 include:
-10 inch wheels
-Onstar for 1 year
-4 speed manual transmission
Optional features include:
-11 inch steel wheels
-Sport trim level
-4 speed auto transmission
The Sport shows the same styling techniques as the successful
G6 GXP and G8 GXP and includes standard moon roof, 12 inch aluminium alloy wheels, and red or blue seat inserts.
The Pontiac G2 is built in Mexico where it has already been a sales success.
The safety of Onstar is standard for 1 year as well as America's best warrenty of 5 years/100,000 miles.

The all-new G2 will be shown at the 2009 New York Auto Show in a week and will arrive at Pontiac dealerships this Fall.
