Toyota issues "urgent" recall of 3.8 MILLION vehicles.

Toyota is recalling 3.8 million Toyotas and Lexuses because floor mats could make the accelerator stick, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced.

Ouch, looks like a potentially dangerous situation.
Not like GM has not had their share of million vehicle recalls

Or so Toyota CLAIMS, I've read some of the Priuses had spontaneously accelerated at times and when owners complained, Toyota suggested the floor mat must have got stuck under the accelerator pedal (i.e. it was driver error/ignorance). Who knows what the real problem is/was, but a recall of that magnitude still looks like egg on their face.

Still legal in 16 states. It's happy. It's fun. It's Happy Fun Car.

Toyota is always quick to blame the drivers, because the cars can't possibly be at fault.

That's what you get for buying a Toyota.

Yes. 4 out of 5 doctors recommend: Immediately take Toyota to GM dealership and trade it in for a new GM vehicle. Enjoy.
