DETROIT -- General Motors Co. said Thursday its September sales fell 45 percent, citing weak consumer confidence and the conclusion of the government's Cash for Clunkers program
==== I love how they blame weak confidence and the conclusion
of CARS - it can't be both. If confidence was that weak, how did they all proclaim CARS was such as success? ======
