I like the Challengers and Chargers. Hope they live on.

This statement gives some hope...but I'm sure LOTS of changes are coming...

"Marchionne, who successfully revamped Fiat, appears to be creating a vehicle lineup that stays true to Chrysler's blue-collar muscle-car and pickup roots while adding European-style vehicles to attract a new, more white-collar customer."

2010-2SS/RS/LS3/IBM/RP6: ECS-Paxton Supercharger / American Racing Headers & Exhaust / PFADT Suspension / DSS 9" 4.10 Rear / FOR SALE!

There is absolutely nothing in that article that mentions the Challenger will be history.

It states they are phasing out "many" Dodge cars, but keeping with the "blue-collar muscle car". This means they will be dumping inferior products (Avenger) and keeping "halo" vehicles (Challenger).

The problem with turbos is that a lot of them require (or strongly recommend) high octane fuel.
Which kinda kills the whole efficiency shtik if you have to pay more to fill the **** thing up anyway.
