Ridiculous. This is called life. Employers do not have to be loyal to their employees, and employees do not have to be loyal to their employers.

I feel bad for people losing their jobs, I truly do, but the fact of the matter is that businesses are in business for one thing -- MONEY! Hello! McFly! Businesses don't just start up to have a sanctuary for employees. They set up operations to bring in money. When there is no money, then no business. No business means no need for employees.

Does anyone think that McDonald's cares about customer service because the really like people and want them to be all warm and fuzzy? No, it's purely all about ROI. You make people think they are important and valued, and they will continue to make you money. Why is it so difficult for people to understand this?
