Poll: Toyota loses some favor with Americans

Toyota Motor Corp.'s reputation has taken a hit after two big recalls, but a majority of Americans still have a favorable opinion of the Japanese automaker, according to an ABC News poll.

kinda swept under the rug in all this...Honda's recall...The not so "Fit" has a window switch that "could" cause a fire.

Ford had to recall 2000 vehicles in China because of this. Only reason they gave for issuing the recall was that they had just switched to the same pedal type and supplier that Toyota was using.
