When gas prices go up, blame Dean

Michigan motorists should brace for rising gas prices over the next several days, as the season's first major storms is threatening to enter the Gulf of Mexico.

I was talking to a civilian friend here the other day. She lives out on the economy here (we mere military folks are not as priviledged). She said gas is the equivalency of $.50 a liter. That's about, $2.00 a gallon. The Kuwaits love Suburbans too. Must be nice to have cheap gas.

Still a wannabe.

My dad reminisces of when gas was 25 cents a gallon and he would just cruise around in his 69 Firebird (400 CI) learning the streets.

Gas is on the rise today here. I'll have to fill up soon. There is a storm heading to the U.S. and the price gougers will surely stick it to consumers.
