No before that is was not owned by Germany. It was own by a US company. Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. one of the largest private equity investment firms in the United States. The German company screwed it up is the point.

Its always been the same here. The news stories like this are automatic. If something comes up that is automotive and politicial. We can discuss it as long as it don't get stupid.
