Bob Lutz: "There's no doubt that a design-driven philosophy is the only one that will work. People who are not sensitive to design, people who don't care about vehicles, people who view a vehicle as an appliance, they just default to Toyota. We will never win that one."

I read about this on the work cellphone. They're all pissy over the tire Goodyear brought to the race.

I have the factory tires on my SSR from GM, not unlike the poor guys on the last NASCAR race, and they are terrible in the rain and on dry pavement. Going with Toyo Proxies next time. Just had a friend visit and his tires in the rain (Toyo Proxies) grab like glue while mine slid back and forth. The General needs to revisit the tires they choose for their vehicles.
