SENIOR EDITOR BOB GRITZINGER: After leaving one Lincoln (an MKX) at the airport, it was a pleasure to return from a two-week family trip to find the MKS in the AutoWeek parking spot--until I tried to put suitcases in the trunk.

This is exactly what Lincoln needs right now, this car should do well.

The only thing I don't like about it is that it's not on a V8 RWD platform. They need it right now, because the MKS looks powerful, but it kinda comes up short.

Looks fantastic, though

Yeah, I would agree about a RWD platform being better, but at least AWD is available on it.

And the 370hp Ecoboost engine coming next year will take care of the power problem.
