New Member 1st question

My dealer says a tonnaeu cover is not included with my 2013 conv camareo lt1/rs. I say bull. Its not listed as having one on the window sticker but, my gas cap wasn't listed either and yet the car still arrived with one. Anybody know a correct answer? Does Conv Camareo come with a Tonnaeu cover??

Never had a vert that the tonneau wasn't a pain in the butt to put on. They really clean up the looks when the top would wind up upside down but with this gen Camaro it looks fine without. I have a couple of Mustang tonneau's in my garage right now, I'd post a want ad on the forum as I bet there are a bunch of them not getting used. Kind of cheap that they wouldn't included it on a highly optioned car.

Congratulations on your new car!

I can't say for sure about the 2013s but for 2012s, the tonneau cover did NOT come with the 1LT or 1SS. They only came with the 2LT and 2SS.

Garage
Calikenn, You are right on with your answer, First Convertible for me and I guess since I'm retired, I'm usually in no big rush so I put the cover on, guess I at first thought with the wind blowing the top (when down of course), I did not want to damage the cloth top. Just my thinking at first and after all the great members on here I found out it was no big deal. Anyway I've learned to put that suck on and I've learned DON'T forget you've got it on when you want to put your top back up.

This is spot on. And checked the 2013.

1LT and 1SS the Tonneau cover is "A = Available"
2LT, 2SS, and ZL1 the Tonneau cover is "S = Standard Equipment"

Tonneau cover.....

When I got mine, it had the old plastic clips and blow off on the freeway. I explained it to the dealer and they ordered a new one. Now you just need to speak to service W/O the sales dept knowing your there. Worth a try.......
"Welcome Aboard!". Hope your loving the new ride..
