AGAIN LAW SUIT A MUST

I picked up my car yesterday top looks great,
until I put the top down and cycled it today, again the sides popped out of the track guides causing the same concerns as before. also when opening the trunk to place the convertible top boot on it was missing awaiting the call back from the dealer in hopes they recover it. this has been a total nightmare! This is not my first convertible nor first new car I have owned new cars were I never had to return to the dealer throughout the entire warranty. This car looks great but is one of the worst convertibles I have ever owned with these problems the safety concerns regarding the sides and the inability to secure the car properly is something that needs to be corrected! I am recently considering a new SUV/CROSSOVER for my wife and I am prepared to go to Lincoln due to GM having quality control issues..............what do I do now?

Dealer is replacing the cover, the place that did the top claimed to have put in the back seat (NOT) the detailer could not drive stick and told the manager there was no cover in the back seat! thanks for honesty. Even though the top is still a nightmare and I am giving up what a waste of good money! I will file showing the work orders and the dealer confirms they are having a lot of problems with these tops.................

The 5th Gen Camaro Convertibles have had issues from day 1. I would not own one. I would only purchase a coupe which is what I have. Sorry that your having problems with your Camaro. Maybe trade for a SS Coupe?

Sorry to hear your woes..
I've had a few issues, but got them resolved fast.. Maybe talk to William R. our sight rep. for GM, nice guy and willing to always help. Contact him directly.. "below" I gave his link.
https://www.moderncamaro.com/forum/me...r-service.html
Also maybe go to a different GM dealership, if you don't think the one your going through is not treating you right, mine.. has been great & strives for 100% customer care/service
