Isn't that more expensive than the base Corvette? I've already decided on getting the new Z28, but for $50,000 plus? ****.........

They should put the fuel fill inlet back on the top of the fender for the Z28, like the concept was, it would be one of those unmistakeable things that would make the Z28 stand out from the rest. And there would be no way someone could turn a SS into a re-badged Z28.

I guess I always thought the Camaro was supposed to be "A Poor Man's Corvette". The prices are starting to get to the point where they are beyond the "poor man". I really hope a new Z28 is not 50K. I think that's getting a little high. A 2SS base price is now almost 35K I believe so to me it makes more sense for a Z28 to have a base price of 38K-40K (lower would be nice too)

Thats competetive with the gt500 in performance and price.

yes a lot will say for that I can get a Vette but you are getting a Z28 not your normal Camaro by any means so you cant expect it to be 40 to 45K
you're paying for a Factory performance vehicle.

When I see GM announce the price I will beleive it.

notice the pictures says that is Edmond's expectations

i think Chevy will make the base price right under $50k... they will attract more people that way eventhough most will be sold for much more.

this price is probably pretty accurate. but, it doesnt really say much. is it the base price? is it loaded? is it the middle of the road? no one knows, but this is expected concidering the gt500 is right in this area.
