Introducing the 2012 Camaro ZL1

Drivetrain and Performance Details
6.2L Supercharged LSA engine
"At least 550hp and 550tq"
Upgraded TR6060 6-speed manual (no auto available!)
3.73 Rear gear ratio
Magnetic Ride Control
Dual-mode exhaust (similar to Corvette Z06)
Brakes: F: Brembo 6-piston 14.6" 2-piece rotors* R: Brembo 4-piston 14.4" rotors
Unique forged aluminum wheels: F: 20x10* R: 20x11
Tires: Goodyear Supercar F2, F: 285/35-20* R: 305/35-20
Upgraded driveshaft
Electric power steering

Appearance Details
Unique hood with functional carbon-fiber extractors
Unique front bumper with vertical fog lamps and DRLs and functional front splitter
Unique side rocker extensions
Unique rear diffuser
Unique rear spoiler
ZL1 badging

Interior Details
Suede seat inserts, ZL1 logo stitched into headrests
Suede dash/IP insert
Optional suede steering wheel and shifter (similar to CTS-V)
Alloy pedals
Dual power seats
Door and dash inserts are Carbon Flash with Red light accent
New steering wheel
Rear camera in rearview mirror
Auxiliary gauges will include a boost guage

Price and Ordering Details
Ordering information will be available in 4th Quarter 2011
Production will begin in 1st Quarter 2012
Pricing has yet to be determined.

Wow, can't wait to see some more pics.......glad its not in my price range or I'd be kicking myself for buying a SS already.

To be honest out side of the understandable prestige of owning this car, I think I would rather supercharge my Camaro and save $$$ in the long run or wait till a more affordable option comes onto the scene ;0)
