Halltech's ZL1 Hornet CKN (Carbon, Kevlar®, Nomex® IIIA) CAI

Halltech's Camaro ZL1 Hornet CKN™ 104mm Air Induction System features Halltech exclusive carbon fiber Kevlar® Nomex® IIIA, cold air induction system for the new Supercharged Camaro ZL1. This intake helped the Katech Camaro ZL1 achhieve 777HP with 15 PSI boost. (622 RWHP through an automatic on e85). It features carbon fiber vacuum bagged, oven cured, pre-impregnated lightweight carbon fiber. Lightweight: 3.40lbs total will shed around 5 lbs off your front end. No intake in the world will make more horsepower period. None are lighter. The entire intake is made of Halltech's CKN CARBON, KEVLAR®, NOMEX® III carbon fiber for heat insulation. The Kevlar and Nomex® IIIA are used in fire retardant clothing and is the sandwich meat between our show carbon outer skin. It is guaranteed to seal off hot engine heat from your filter area. Professional tuning is highly recommended. This intake should not be run without checking air fuel ratios and timing. It will add 1 PSI boost in most cases due to the very low restriction to flow. All parts are hand made by our professional carbon fiber shop here in Wisconsin. Our carbon fiber specialists make parts for many of the worlds top engine builders and race teams including Pratt and Miller Racing and all of our GT2 hoods and intake systems.
