GM to Sell Camaro Z/28 Components to Non-Owners

It looks like now Camaro owners may be able to make their Camaros perform like the new Z28. The same performance, but it won't look the same.

I wonder how Z28 owners will feel about this? I've always hated having a car that cost significantly more look just the same as a much cheaper model.

I don't think I would care ... looking like and performing like are two different things ... and no way is a look a like going to be worth as much as the real thing at any point in its life as the VIN will never line up with "Z/28"

GM released many of these parts to allow RS,SS & ZL1 owners to upgrade and approach handling and braking Performance of the Z. Never gonna be the same and ride quality is much better in the ZL1.
They just wanna sell more parts!!
For those that track their cars, huge benefits when done correctly over most of the A/M parts and when all is done, really not more expensive.
