Miss fire codes after cam install?

I just installed a comp LSR 273h cam and upgraded valvetrain. Also long tubes and a cold air. Question is I dont have it tuned yet and it is throwing a multiple cylinder misfire. Is this probably from no tune with the cam?

one of the lovely things about fuel injection is once you mod it, you must tune it!

I am not driving it at all but just idling in the garage or just a little throttle it has some miss fires. I thought it would at least be able to drive the car in to the trailer to take it to the dyno.

yeah, that's fine. I wouldn't take it out and do any hole-shots until it's tuned though.
