do you know what the codes are that its giving you?
if not, go to autozone/advanced auto parts/o'reilly's/pep boys/NAPA and get a free diagnostic check. write down the code and tell us what it is so we can better help you! DO NOT go to the dealership yet, they will charge you roughly $40 for the same check a local auto parts store can do for free!
in the mean time, go back and check all the connections to the intake, and do a fuse pull or battery disconnect to reset the computer. see if it comes back.
when you installed the intake, did you do a fuse pull or disconnect the battery? if not, this might solve your problem. all the ECM has to do is relearn your driving habits and it will compensate for the extra air the engine is getting.
