MAFS Thoughs

I was just curious to know what anybody though about the Jet MAFS if it is worth the $130 to the aftermarket airflow sensor.... Ive heard the factory will do just as well but then i also hear the aftermarket MAFS is less restrictive.

the Jet MAF for the LS3 is a joke. do not buy it! it is no less restrictive than the stock one because their is no screen to deal with like most cars. all it does is falsify the air intake readings to help with horsepower, something that is adjusted correctly with a tune.

Another don't do it vote!

Stock MAF is adequate for almost any application.
Easily good enough up to 700hp and probably higher.

nooooooooooo!! don't do it!! there is no need for you to change the stock MAF....

the aftermarket ones fool the ecm into thinking the car is running leaner than it really is... and is not good when you go to tune it - totally throws everything off...

leave the stock MAF on there!
