Wideband Install

So I have received my headers and the wideband sensor. I'm not sure I want a wideband gauge in my car, so I'm taking suggestions as to what people have done with their wideband installs.

I'm thinking I should just weld a hole in the collector of one of my headers and install the wideband bung right before the cats. I haven't planned out where to run the wires or anything like that.

Has anyone here installed a wideband on their car? Is there a way to have it be temporary and only install it when I'm tuning?

Most headers have two bungs on one side so you can install the wideband in the header. If not you can drill a hole right after the front O2 bung and weld in your wideband bung.

Check out your car on our facebook page.
