Car only has a rotofab intake, dynatech headers and a yank 3600. Not too bad, I was hoping for a 12.3, but now I think it has a 12.2 in it. It was a bit chilly and with Nitto 555r's it still only managed a best 1.9 60'

Anyways here the run stats.

60' 1.93
330 5.28
1/8 didnt pop up on my slip?
1000' 10.44
1/4 12.45
mph 110.9

Not a bad run. LS1tech has a decent thread on getting those tires hot: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/drag-r...itto-555r.html

Did you have a retune done to the car as well?

nice job... the track conditions have a lot to do with it. in the right conditions and a good launch will get you in the high 11's with that torque converter

Im still sorting out my trans tune. That was the first run where it didnt bounce off the limiter (which is set at 6800) for the 2-3 shift.

Nice run. I love my Yank 3000 stall in my cavalier. It will be one of my first mods on my Camaro.

i'm thinking about getting a 2800 or 3200 stall for mine.

how is the driveability on the street? does a TC affect fuel mileage at all?

i've never had a performance TC in any of my cars before

I'm going with a 2800 Stall

This is when I wish Chuck Cow lived Closer for one of his Tranny Tunes.
